Archana Kapoor Nagpal | Zoya

Archana Kapoor Nagpal was born in Cairo, Egypt and brought up in six different countries of the world. She is crowned as Mrs India Karnataka Runner Up 2018, and Mrs India Karnataka Body Beautiful 2018 who is also Mrs India 2018 Finalist. Presently living in India, she is founder and owner of Poise Arts and Entertainment – her start up since October 2018. She is a motivational speaker who has been a speaker for TedX Youth Bangalore 2019 and Women Leadership Summit, NHRD 2019.

She graduated in B.A. (Honours) in English Literature. To enhance her academic knowledge and writing skills – she has acquired verified certifications with distinction from different international universities. She also holds a Diploma in Creative Writing in English to support her existence and identity in the world of creativity. Her passion for English Literature convinced her to pursue her Master of Arts in English. She is a prolific writer who is published in more than hundred journals, blogs, websites, newsletters; her work is translated in seven different languages ‘Japanese’, ‘Chinese’, ‘Russian’, ‘Italian’, ‘German’, ‘Punjabi’ and ‘Hindi’ – showcased in different countries of the world.

At the age of 17, Archana received an ‘Honourable Mention’ by Hindi Sahithya Academy for the very first write-up of her life – to encourage her to write more often. She is an internationally published author of five books ‘14 Pearls of Inspiration’, ‘The Road to a Positive Life’, ‘A Haiku Per Day’, ‘The Fragrance of a Beautiful Life’ and ‘The Mayfly and Her Poems’.

She often participates in writing contests, and her pieces of work are now part of international anthologies –

Archana Kapoor Nagpal has been a columnist for Friday Gurgaon from 2012 to 2014. Archana took up the role of an editor with Author’s United in 2013 – a virtual publishing unit based in Pakistan. Since its inception in 2013 – she has edited five anthologies for Author’s United.
